Apple, Cinnamon & Chai Cupcakes
Since fall is upon us and the weather in Denmark is grey and wet I decided to bake some cinnamon, apple & chai cupcakes.

Recipe for 8 cupcakes
1 egg
90 g sugar
50 g room temperature butter
1 tsp vanillasugar
2 tsp cinnamon
1 dl. milk
130 g shredded apple
150 g flour
1 tsp baking powder
- Mix sugar and butter
- Add the egg
- Mix all the dry ingredients together
- Switch adding the milk and the dry ingredients
- At last add the shredded apples
Bake at 175 C for 30 mins
Frosting
140 g cream cheese
50 g room temperature butter
Chai powder
A little bit of cinnamon
Powdered sugar after your desire
- Mix the cream cheese and butter together
- Add as much powdered sugar you want to
-Add in your spices
